The Edward Shiraz represents the best wine of the vintage. In 2010, we chose fruit from two vineyards in the Barossa, one in Greenock and one in Light Pass. The two represent the rich and the austere cousins of the Barossa. After being fermented in open fermenters the wine was matured in new French oak for 24 months. This wine has been in bottle now for three years and is drinking beautifully.
