The Edward Shiraz represents the best wine of the vintage. In 2010, we chose fruit from two vineyards in the Barossa, one in Greenock and one in Light Pass. The two represent the rich and the austere cousins of the Barossa. After being fermented in open fermenters the wine was matured in new French oak for 24 months. This is straight from Sandy's cellar and is drinking beautifully. It is perfect for a special occasion or a gift for someone who loves great Barossa Shiraz.
