Godfrey Wines Pty Ltd ABN 76 131 154 400 (Godfrey Wines) is bound by and complies with the Australian Privacy Principles (APP) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act). In accordance with the APP our policy for collecting, holding, using and disclosing Personal Information is explained below. Personal Information has the meaning given to that term in the Privacy Act.
What Personal Information we collect
The kind of Personal Information we collect and hold includes:

Access to any Personal Information held about you is restricted to those persons who need to know that information in order to carry out the task for which the information was collected.
Godfrey Wines has physical and internal security measures in place to ensure that your Personal Information is protected. This includes firewalls and passwords. Where information is stored by a third party on our behalf we require those third parties to be compliant with the APP.
We will de-identify or destroy your Personal Information once it is no longer required or if we are not permitted to obtain that information under the APP.
When Godfrey Wines discloses Personal Information
It is our policy not to sell or pass on any Personal Information that you may have provided to us to third parties other than those third parties identified above unless we have your express consent to do so (subject to the exception under the APP for "related corporations"). Another exception is where Godfrey Wines is required by law to disclose certain information.
